NAHRMA 2020-2022

Globally, workplaces are still dealing with the repercussions of the current public health crisis, economic crisis and crisis of systemic inequity. Getting back to work will not be “business as usual”, and today’s new normal is likely short-lived.  With more people working remotely than ever before, and employees looking to business to address socio-economic issues that impact life outside of work, organizations will need to be more agile than ever.

As each country separately deals with these issues, the interconnectedness created by the internet and multinational companies allows for joint solutions to common issues. Over the next two years, NAHRMA's leadership will focus on our common concerns and executing joint solutions.  Those common concerns are flexible workplaces and leave, healthcare and immigration.  Through research,  programming and thought leadership, with a focus on the impact of these issues upon the workplaces of today and the future.
